FTP File Exchange & Suggested File Prep

Hamilton Press accepts files in PC and MAC formats via the following electronic methods:

• FTP (File Transfer Protocol) - Please contact our Prepress Dept. at 800-625-9525 or prepress@hamiltonpress.com to obtain a FTP User Name and Password
• E-mail project files to: prepress@hamiltonpress.com
• Provide files via CD, Zip, Optical Disk (MO), Floppy

Please click and review our SUGGESTEDFILE PREP PDF. Otherwise, we encourage you to provide hi-resolution PDFs in lieu of desktop files. Please prepare "X1A Level" PDFs from Adobe Acrobat Distiller 6.0 Professional and above to insure accuracy.

If sending desktop files, please indicate the desktop application and level in which your job was created (e.g. QuarkXpress, InDesign, Illustrator, etc...) Please also remember to include all fonts and supporting art images, even if placed within desktop files. Providing a PDF and/or laser mockup of the finished project is also recommended for our prepress use

Of course, Camera-Ready-Copy is still welcome. We also provide complete Creative Design Services in-house including photography.
